Essential Functions:

  • Responds to all guest requests appropriately
  • Responsible for the servicing of guest rooms
  • Keeps the supply cart neat and organized at all times in compliance with Cajun Lodging standards
  • Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
  • Hand in any lost and found articles to a supervisor
  • Identifies when damages occur in a guest room
  • Identifies when items have been taken from the guest room (hair dryer, bathrobes, alarm clocks, etc....)
  • Identifies if there are signs of rodents, pests, bedbugs, etc....

Hotel Specific Primary Tasks

  • Responsible for knowing and adhering to Q Hotels standards for guest room preparation.
